We offer both options. Tech Line provides full turnkey services — from supply and installation to commissioning. If you already have a contractor, we also support supply-only packages with technical guidance.

Installation & Project Timelines
Installation time varies based on system size, fuel type, and site readiness. Most burner-only jobs take 3–7 days. Full boiler installations typically range from 1 to 4 weeks, including compliance work and commissioning.
Not typically. HVAC contractors may not have the expertise required for high-pressure boilers, fuel system integration, combustion tuning, or emission compliance. Tech Line specializes in industrial combustion and boiler systems.
Yes. We fabricate and install custom chimneys or flue stacks on-site, including supports, draft control features, and compliance-based sizing. This is an essential part of boiler safety and emission management.
System Selection & Technical Advice
Boiler selection depends on your process type (steam, hot water, thermal oil), fuel availability (diesel, gas, biomass), heat load, pressure requirements, and site conditions. Proper sizing and burner matching are critical for efficiency and safety
A correctly sized burner matches your boiler capacity and process demand. If your system frequently short-cycles, takes too long to reach temperature, or consumes too much fuel, it may be incorrectly sized. Our team can assess and recommend the proper setup.
Steam boilers use water under pressure to generate vapor for heat transfer. Thermal oil heaters use high-temperature oil in a closed loop to provide stable, pressure-free heating. Thermal oil systems are ideal for high-heat, indirect applications.
Compliance, Support & Refurbishment
Yes. We assist with regulatory submissions to DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) and DOE (Department of Environment). This includes sizing calculations, technical drawings, chimney specs, and supporting documentation.
Yes. Most industrial boiler systems require approval from DOSH and may involve emissions compliance with the DOE. Tech Line provides support for submissions, drawings, and system compliance checks.
Yes. Tech Line evaluates used equipment for potential refurbishment or parts salvage. If your old burner or boiler is in serviceable condition, we can offer a buyback price and repurpose the unit after inspection and overhaul.
